Why mundane matt?

I am curious and love to learn which means I am always embarking on a number of projects and love to learn from people and about people.

This year my goals are:

• to learn to be a father - we are due June 16
• try to converse in Spanish - I am loving Duolingo app every morning 
• read 60 books - I am 4 books in, 
• run a 5k in less than 20 min - Paczki run was a pitiful 27 min 
• make a big step toward financial freedom by renovating a duplex to triple our Airbnb income - work in progress not without a few set backs
• have interesting conversations with Lyft drivers - so far this hasn't disappointed I take on average 8 Lyft rides per week

This blog is meant to track my progress of the mundane so I can reflect at the end of the year.
